  expected.

* WHERE...Niagara, Erie, and Chautauqua counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power
  outages may result. Travel in high profile vehicles may be
  difficult.
